Explanation of my idea.

In my story board i used a lot of shot reverse shot on different scenes and a lot of close up and mid shots.

In my idea I created a story board to show what i'm going to be doing and what story would be good for my video. In my story board the names of the characters were called Sami and Leo. Sami was waiting for Leo to come back to the sixth form block and and tell him the news about if he passed his driving lesson or he didn't pass his driving lesson, Which Leo says "I failed" as a joke and Sami panics and gets angry, after When Sami panics Leo says "I'm joking" which  Sami jumps in joy with Leo and high fives Sami and they both jump in joy.

In my video the camera action I used were a lot of Mid shot, long shot, eye level angle,low level angle and close ups. I used these shots because it shows the emotions and he expression of the persons face.


I took a lot of close ups because it would show how sad the person is and what his reaction his up close so that was the reason why i used a lot of close ups.

The hardest bit I found about the filming and the production was to get the 180 degree rule and the rule of thirds in the right angle. The things i will change in my film is making the video somewhere else and in a better location and have more characters in my film.

Overall my strengths of my work are good. The things ive researched and learnt were a lot of 180 degree rule, rule of thirds and a lot of angle shots. I used  these shot Sto make all the shots and agnles in the same length and in the middle

My weakness was to put everything in order and i should of made a better script with more people in the scenes of my video. My research was good and my 180 degree rule and rule of thirdds we're okay but the video should of been in a different location and i should of made my video a bit longer and have more lines to it.

Overall my improvements we're getting the 180 degree rule and the rule of thids in my video and have shot reverse shot on each of my story board.

Planning for the encounter.

This week ive been creating a story board and planning out which things needs to go where, and how i'm going to present it out in my video. In my story board ive been creating small scenes and drawing out what i'm going to be doing and how it's gunna be structured out in my video. My story boards shows what i'm going to be doing and what things i need. Also this week ive been learning a lot of things and what i need in my video and my story board. The things ive learned about are, Shot reverse shot, rule of 3rds, 180 degree rule, continuvity editing, Mid shot, close up, extreme shot and different angles such as low angle and high angle. Ive learned these rules because this will be useful for my work and my video.

During the summer holidays, i watched a film called Hancock with my family and friends at home. The movie was about a Ordinary guy named Hancock. He had trouble with his life and didn't have any social time. Hancock had many powers when he was born and whenever he tries to rescue someone he always ends up being the blame for by destorying half of the city. A guy named George helps Hancock and tries to make him a better person and a real superhero, So Hancock goes to prison and everyone starts to miss Hancock. After when people miss Hancock he leaves prison and starts to be a real Superhero without making any explosions or being hated. So he kills the bad guys and becomes a real amazing superhero. After becoming a real superhero Hancocks finds out about his wife which she had the same powers as him. The bad guys try and find out how to kill  Hancock so they have revenage by attacking Hancocks wife and Hancock has some signal and tries to rescue his wife, after recusing his wife he brings her to hospital and the bad guys aims were to kill Hancock for good which hancock kills about 5 guys with machine guys. At the end of the story Hancock walks in the road with full of blood and the one bad guy that started all of this stabs Hancock and in seconds George hits the bad guy in head with a axe and saves Hancock in time! After 4 years Hancock becomes a real superhero and carries on saving people and helping the police.

In the summer I listened to a lot of Emimen songs and albums as he is my favourite rapper. My favourite song of eminem was called survival as this song was brought up for Call of Duty which the song was about war. The name of the Song "Survival" means that who doesn't live and who lives. The word shows what happens in the real war and who dies first and who is the last man standing.

My favourite tv show which I watch a lot is the Simpsons.  In this tv programme they're 5 people in this family named Bart,Homar,Marge, Lisa and Maggie. In the simpsons it shows a lot of drama and funny scenes such as a lot of jokes, pranks, action and a lot of stupidness.




My favourite website and I always use is Facebook. I like Facebook because I can socialise with new people and my real friends.it's good because if I haven't got my my phone or my friends live really far i could easily text them on facebook and see there pictures.

The stories I watched during the holidays in the news were a lot about Palestine, how people dying and why are they getting bombed by the israels. I felt terrified about hearing the news and it made me sick of how people are dying for no reason because they're muslims. Isreals are bombing Palestines because isreal wants it's own land and want to take over palestine and make palestine Israel and the second thing is they want to kill every muslim because they don't like muslims.
